yeah the reason i asked is bc i got an email from the department of education telling me pretty unambiguously "this is not happening and we are still fighting but relief is not coming" so like i said. i was hoping you knew something i didnt. i did google it and my understanding still aligns with the email and not whatever you said. thanks for the help
You are correct; that was an untagged post that I didn’t expect to be the way in which a lot of people were exposed to the news, so it was somewhat misleading out of context. Relief for student loans is coming to some people who have been trapped in a purgetory of infinite interest for decades. That is a win, but it won’t effect most of us. But I’m still happy that some people are getting some relief. Everything helps! And the Shien part is hyperbolic. Shien is experiencing some pretty hefty legal issues, but it’s not going down without a fight and I never meant to present any of these dense topics as being cut and dry. We joke about the Destiel meme being the first place people get news but, you know.
